Here is a diagram I thought was really helpful. It shows three different types of dysphoria and asks you to rate your discomfort in them. I think what people forget is that there is more to dysphoria than just physical dysphoria. While I experience body dysphoria, I have noticed I experience a hell of a lot more social dysphoria.
